Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

6:32 p.m. Monday, April 20, West US 30 near North CR 500W, Warsaw. Driver: Justin L. Ewald, 36, West CR 950S, Silver Lake. When the front tire on Ewald’s motorcycle went flat, he was thrown from the motorcycle. Ewald was treated for cuts on his face. He also complained of neck pain. Damages up to $5,000.

1:35 p.m. Monday, April 20, North SR 15 near West CR 350N, Warsaw. Drivers: Joshua D. Slabaugh, 19, North Syracuse Webster Road, Syracuse; and Eliza S. Vocke, 27, North Harper Road, Leesburg. The front of Vocke’s vehicle collided with the rear of Slabuagh’s vehicle. Damages up to $2,500.

10:05 a.m. Friday, April 17, East SR 14 near South CR 450E, Silver Lake. Driver: Amanda R. Vaught, 39, East CR 1100N, Roanoke. Vaught’s vehicle slid off the road and struck an embankment. Damages up to $5,000.

7:16 a.m. Friday, April 17, West US 30 near North CR 650W, Warsaw. Driver: Jeffrey D. Cauffman, 35, North Prairie Street, Rolling Prairie. Cauffman’s vehicle slid on ice and struck a guardrail. Damages up to $2,500.

Silver Lake

Officers with the Silver Lake Police Department responded to the following accident:

9:24 p.m. Monday, April 20, West SR 14 near CR 100W, Silver Lake. Driver: Leester L. England, 50, East Water Street 12, Akron. England’s vehicle collided with a deer. Damages up to $1,000.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department responded to the following accident:

2:36 a.m. Tuesday, April 21, North East Wawasee Drive near East Rainbow Lane, Syracuse. Driver: Abigail M. Mickem, 46, East CR 1050N, Syracuse. Mickem’s vehicle struck a fallen tree. Damages up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

8:34 p.m. Monday, April 20, North SR 15 near Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Christopher P. Murphy, 47, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw; and Charles E. Keller, 45, West CR 650N, Bryant. While driving through the intersection, the front end of Murphy’s vehicle collided with the side of Keller’s vehicle. Damages up to $10,000.

2:12 p.m. Monday, April 20, Argonne Road near East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Isse H. Jimale, 48, 15th Avenue S, Minneapolis, Minn.; and Corbin M. Peterson, 24, North Church Street, Roann. While backing up, Jimale’s vehicle struck the front of Peterson’s vehicle. Damages up to $5,000.

11:50 a.m. Monday, April 20, 811 East Arthur Street, Warsaw. Driver: Jordan L. Rowe, 21, East CR 450N, Warsaw. Rowe backed into a parked, unoccupied vehicle. Damages up to $2,500.

11:25 p.m. Sunday, April 19, West CR 900S, Rochester. Driver: Tyler T. Kaser, 19, Rochester, Kaser swerved to miss a dog and wrecked his vehicle.

7:11 p.m. Sunday, April 19, South CR 775E and E. Division Road, Akron. Driver: Angela Brunua, no age or town listed. Brunua’s vehicle hit a turkey.

11 p.m. Saturday, April 18, SR 110 and North CR 475E, Rochester. Driver: Whitney C. Miller, 19, Milford. No further information available.

9:04 p.m. Saturday, April 18, North Old US 31 and East CR 550N, Rochester. Driver: Byan A. Hummel, 27, Rochester. Hit deer.

2:39 p.m. Saturday, April 18, SR 17 and West SR 110, Culver. Drivers: Patricia P. Cottrell, 70, Rochester; and Michelle L. Campbell, 37, Argos. Cottrell’s vehicle and Campbell’s vehicle collided.
