GOSHEN — Shaundra Ramer has joined the Interra Mortgage staff as a mortgage loan originator.

She will serve members with all types of residential purchase and refinance loans – conventional, construction, FHA and USDA programs, said a news release from Interra.
Ramer comes to Interra with over 20 years of mortgage experience alone and over thirty years in the financial services industry. “I landed “home” when I made the switch to the mortgage realm,” Shaundra said. With her immense knowledge of the industry, she is eager to educate and assist members in getting into a home of their own. Ramer will cover the Nappanee, Wakarusa, Elkhart and Michigan markets.
“I get to do what I love, serve others and give back to the community,” Shaundra said. “Interra is a strong, well-known brand in the area and they are synonymous with giving back and serving the communities they are located in.”
Ramer was recently active in Elkhart County Board of Realtors and looks forward to rejoining as well as getting involved in other community outreach initiatives.
Originally from the “surprising little town” of Hope she graduated from Edison College in Fort Myers, Fla. Ramer lives in Nappanee with her husband, Todd, and son. In her off time, she enjoys fishing, partaking in arts and craft festivals as well as spending quality time with her family.
