Nextremity Solutions Acquires Lakeland Technology

WARSAW — Nextremity Solutions, Inc., announced it has completed its acquisition of Lakeland Technology, Inc.

“Our team couldn’t be more excited about this acquisition. The combination of our manufacturing skills with the innovative designs coming out of Nextremity Solutions will definitely set Lakeland Technology up as a leader in the manufacturing industry,” said Terry Sites, president of Lakeland Technology, in a statement released Thursday, March 26.

Lakeland Technology, Inc., previously known as B&M instruments since 1986, was founded in 2007 and is an ISO 13485 certified contract manufacturer. Their engineering staff assists with the design for manufacturability (DFM) during the design process. Additionally, they specialize in manufacturing implants, instruments, complex assemblies, prototypes, and custom surgical instruments.
