Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

9:10 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, East SR 14 near South Packerton Road, Claypool. Drivers: Trenton J. Parker, 19, East Sara Drive, Winona Lake; and Rosann I. Brubaker, 59, South SR 13 22, North Manchester. Parker proceeded into the intersection, causing a right angle collision with Brubaker’s vehicle. Brubaker complained of neck and back pin. She was transported to KCH via EMS. Damage up to $10,000.

7:52 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, West CR 200S near South Dwight Drive, Warsaw. Driver: David G. Beyer, 70, Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Beyer’s vehicle collided with a deer. Damage up to $5,000.

4:52 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, North SR 15, south of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Mindy R. Copeland, 34, South Grant Street, Warsaw; and Lori M. Faubion, 46, North Lake Street, Warsaw. Faubion said she was traveling north on SR 15 when traffic abruptly slowed, causing Copeland’s vehicle to rear-end Faubion’s. No injuries were reported in the accident. Damage up to $10,000.

1:46 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, North SR 15, south of East School Street, Leesburg. Drivers: Blakley M. Jones, 36, East Prairie Street, Leesburg; and Julie E. Reed, 54, West Wildwood Trail, Warsaw. Reed was traveling north on SR 15 when she said a vehicle abruptly slowed to make a left-hand turn. As she slowed and swerved her vehicle to avoid a collision, Jones’ vehicle rear-ended Reed’s. Damage up to $25,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

3:09 p.m. Thursday, March 5, North Parker Street, near Dubois Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Yolanda Ramirez, 44, South SR 105, South Whitley; and Eric S. Crawford, 48, East Old Road 30, Warsaw. Ramirez was traveling north on Parker Street and was attempting to turn left when she struck Crawford’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
