SYRACUSE — The Iron Pride has qualified four teams to compete at the Indiana State Robotics Tournament at Lucas Oil Stadium.

574C Centurion, 574D Immortal and 574F Barbarian will be competing in the high school division. 574H Samurai will be competing in the middle school division. “I’m incredibly proud of our teams,” said Iron Pride head coach Jed Wandland. “This is our fifth straight appearance at the state championships and I can’t wait to see what the kids do. It would be wonderful to bring another state championship banner home to display.”

The Iron Pride has won the state championships twice in the last three years. The bus for state will leave the high school shortly after 8 a.m. Friday, March 6.

The state tournament is at Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis. Doors open to the public at 9 a.m., qualification starts at 10:30 a.m., finals at 3:30 p.m., awards and closing ceremonies to follow.

574D Immortal — Noah Beckner, Jack Collins, Wesley Hays and Nathan Smith
