GOSHEN — Elkhart County Extension Homemakers will host a free program about CBD.
Olivia Western, Purdue University Extension Educator in Health & Human Sciences in St. Joseph County, will lead the discussion.
The program will from 1-7 p.m. Monday, March 16, at the Purdue Extension Elkhart County office on the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds, said a news release from the Purdue Extension Elkhart County.

The presentation will explore:
- How CBD oil is made and who is regulating it.
- CBD in Indiana – how it relates to Hoosiers and our health.
- Which symptoms science suggests CBD may help and how CBD works with our brain.
- CBD labeling and consumer safety.
