SYRACUSE — Syracuse Cub Scout Pack 3828 recently held its annual Blue and Gold Awards Banquet attended by Cub Scouts, their families and special guests at Saint Andrews United Methodist Church. The theme for the evening was moon and stars.

Cub Master Don Curry handed out awards and badges to 26 Cub Scouts. The highlight of the evening was awarding the Arrow of Light to Sophia Davis and Nolan Dailey in a special ceremony. Arrow of Light is the highest rank in Cub Scouts and prepares the recipients to move up to Scouts having completed the requirements of the Scout Badge.

Syracuse Cub Scout Pack 3828 meets at 6 p.m. Monday evenings at Saint Andrews United Methodist Church for children in grades kindergarten through fifth grade.
