Two Charity Games Coming To Milford School

MILFORD — The Milford Fire Department will be hosting a chairty basketball game Wednesday, night, March 1 at Milford Middle School. MFD will take on the Lake City Media Hoopsters at 7 p.m. in a game that will benefit Toys for Tots. The price will be $2 for admission, of $5 for a family. All funds raised will also be matched by the Milford FD.

This is a local group supporting a local chairty, all funds raised will stay in Kosicusko County.

During halftime of the game, Lions Karate out of North Webster will be putting on a show.

One organizer of the event encourages the community to come out saying, “It’s a local event helping local people.”

The Lake City Hoopsters will also be playing the Chore-Time Brock All-Stars Wednesday night, Feb. 22 at Milford School.

Chore-Time will play Brock at 5:30 p.m. then following, at 6:30, the CTB All-Stars will take on the Hoopsters.
That game will go the benefit the United Way of Kosciusko County and admission is donation only.
