AKRON – Tippecanoe Valley’s girls basketball team is continuing to produce sweet memories.

The team will host its annual fundraiser on Tuesday, Sept. 20, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at The Igloo in Silver Lake. Twenty percent of the proceeds from the fundraiser will go back to the Valley hoops team to help with team expenses.

The Lady Vikings have had record-setting seasons in its past two years, going 50-5 and reaching 25 wins in each of the two years, the first times in program history. Valley made the regional final last season and the state finals in 2015.

The girls basketball team opens its season Nov. 3 at Bremen.
