WARSAW — Warsaw Parks Department held its annual Family Carnival Aug. 5. Penguin Point, in cooperation with the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club, held its 36th annual Big Wheel Race during the event.

There were two divisions: Division one for 4- and 5-year-olds and division two for 6- and 7-year-olds.

Jim Brennan with WRSW was the master of ceremonies. There was a great turnout and one could hear the parents cheering on their kids all the way downtown. Thanks to all the helpers, parents and participants from this year’s Big Wheel Race. Congratulations to the winners.
