WARSAW — Warsaw Parks Department held its annual Family Carnival Aug. 5. Penguin Point, in cooperation with the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club, held its 36th annual Big Wheel Race during the event.

WARSAW — Right-of-way acquisitions for the Husky Trail Project, including the roundabout, are almost complete. Only one more acquisition is needed before moving ahead with design plans.
