WARSAW – A trio of local high school bowlers are set to compete in semistate action this Saturday.

Taylor Fouts will represent Warsaw in the semistate slated to be held at Pro Bowl West in Fort Wayne. Fouts earned singles runner-up honors at the Regional last Saturday in Lafayette.

The Whitko duo of Cory Hersha and Allison Stump will also take part in the semistate competition. The pair were each fifth in the regional round of statewide competition last weekend.

The outstanding trio of prep keglers will try to qualify for the State Finals, which will be held Feb. 20 in Lafayette.
