Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

10:40 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, North SR 13 and East CR 200N. Driver: Larissa M. Taylor, 29, Roell Road, Fountain City. Hit a deer. Damages up to $2,500.

3:47 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, Lake City Highway and East CR 200N. Drivesr: Hans P. Willumson, 50, Hall, N.Y., and Jermey A. Whitworth, 27, East SR 114, Akron. Willumson’s vehicle hit the back of the Whitworth’s vehicle. Damages up to $25,000.

7:53 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, South SR 25, Driver: Kalvin H. Brandenburg, East CR 600S, Warsaw. Brandenburg slid off the road and hit a tree. Damages up to $5,000.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accidents:

12:02 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15, 308 S Huntington St., Syracuse. Driver: Madison L. Fisher, 16, West Crystal Flash Road, North Webster. Driver backed into a parked car. Damages up to $2,500.
