MARSHALL COUNTY — Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested Krystal Shanae Hardy, 21, Plymouth, early Sunday morning, Oct. 25, following a traffic stop on 9A Road, near US 30.

The officer initiated a traffic stop at approximately 1:30 a.m. During the investigation it was determined Hardy was intoxicated and arrested. She was preliminarily charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC of .08 or greater.
