SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Police say a 56-year-old man ran into a burning building twice, despite orders from police and firefighters for him to stop.

MARSHALL COUNTY — Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested Krystal Shanae Hardy, 21, Plymouth, early Sunday morning, Oct. 25, following a traffic stop on 9A Road, near US 30.
