WARSAW — The first episode in a three-part docuseries about the Kosciusko County Jail Chemical Addiction Program will air at 8 p.m. this Sunday

The trailer for the videos was available this afternoon on the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.

JCAP is a voluntary, 90-day program aimed at addressing the addiction issues that plague many inmates.

The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office worked with Matt Deuel, producer, editor and founder at One Voice Media, Inc., and Mason Geiger, owner of Mason Geiger Photography & Film, to put together the series of promotional videos about JCAP.

“Our goal is to give the community an inside look into what the jail chemical addiction program is all about,” said Courtney Jenkins, JCAP Coordinator.

The JCAP program, which was launched in Kosciusko County in 2018 with he help of grant funding, is up and running again following a four-month break due to COVID-19.

The videos will air at 8 p.m. July 19, July 26 and Aug. 2. They will stream directly to the sheriff’s office Facebook page.

According to Jenkins, the videos will include current and former inmates as well as community contributors to JCAP.
