Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriffs Office Investigated the following incidents:

  • 11:27 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 100 block EMS B58 Lane, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of a no-contact order violation.
  • 10:26 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 200 block East Prairie St., Leesburg. Officers investigated the theft of a cellphone. Value: $400.
  • 10:16 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2400 block North CR 200W, Warsaw. A representative for Frontline Manufacturing reported burglary. 
  • 8:12 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, 8800 block East Crow Road, Syracuse. Kara J. Rife and Cynthia L. Brown reported criminal trespass.
  • 1:02 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, 8500 block East Backwater Road, North Webster. Shantell M. Lawlor turned in a firearm. Value: $300.
  • 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, 800 block East CR 800S, Claypool. Sheri L. Pierce Shuster reported fraud. Value: $300.
  • 1:39 p.m. Sunday, July 5, 2200 block West CR 250S, Warsaw. Luz G. Gomez reported the theft of an iPhone. Value: $400.
  • 10:01 a.m. Saturday, July 4, 8300 block South CR 700W, Claypool. Rhonda K. Banghart reported criminal mischief to a building. Value: $75.
  • 6:37 p.m. Friday, July 3, 300 block East North Kitson Lane, Syracuse. Officers investigated a report of invasion of privacy.
  • 11:39 a.m. Friday, July 3, 8700 block West CR 25S, Etna Green. Officers investigated a report of battery.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

  • 6:09 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2500 block Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Alyssa N. Cox reported losing a wallet at Walmart.
  • 4:43 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 400 block East Center St., Warsaw. A representative for First Federal Savings Bank reported forgery.
  • 2:23 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 100 block East Canal St., Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of domestic battery.
  • 2:22 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 200 block South Harrison St., Warsaw. Noreen A. Priser reported identity fraud.
  • 7:37 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, 3600 block Commerce Drive, Warsaw. A representative for McDonald’s East reported the use of counterfeit money.

 

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incident:

  • 11:30 p.m. Monday, July 6, 3100 block Sandra Lane, Winona Lake. Officers investigated a report of domestic battery.
