Officers with the Claypool Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 5:02 a.m. Tuesday, June 30, South CR 450W, Claypool. Driver: Heather A. Horton, 28, South CR 100E, Claypool. Horton’s vehicle struck a deer. Damages up to $2,500. 

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 7:11 pm. Monday, June 29, Hepler Drive and Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Jamie L. Goings, 48, Parks Schram Road, Warsaw. Goings said he was leaving the Time Out Inn parking lot on his moped and turned south onto Hepler Drive when he hit a pot hole in the road. This caused the moped to slide and fall over. Goings had abrasions to his left arm and left knee/leg area. He was treated by EMS at the scene. Damages up to $750. 
• 3:43 p.m. Monday, June 29, West CR 350N, Warsaw. Drivers: Zachary D. Neher, 25, North Winds Drive, Warsaw; and Dustin W. Peltz, 36, Dogwood Court, Bremen. Neher was backing out of a parking space when his vehicle struck Peltz’s vehicle. Damages up to $10,000.
• 3:14 p.m. Monday, June 29, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Drivers: Grace Allmon, 19, Marlou Place, Plymouth; and Amber M. Schroeder, 23, Road K6, Ottawa, Ohio. Both drivers were backing out of parking spaces when the accident occurred. Damages up to $5,000.
