Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

10:36 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, East Center Street, near Parker Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Rebecca Crabtree, 35, Kuder Lane, Warsaw; and Joseph A. Nelson, 22, East Center Street, Warsaw. Nelson was traveling east on East Center Street and was in the turning lane to turn left onto Parker Street. Crabtree turned right onto East Center Street and struck Nelson’s vehicle. Crabtree then left the scene of the accident but was located at the Kosciusko County Jail. Damage up to $10,000.

8:18 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, North Detroit Street, north of East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Alexis M. Music, 18, East CR 100S, Pierceton; and Jose A. Cifuentes Castillo, 60, North Vicky Lane, Warsaw. Music was traveling north on North Detroit Street when she rear-ended Castillo’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

6:42 a.m. Wednesday, April 29, US 30, east of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Dixie J. Houck, 63, North CR 100E, Warsaw. Houck was traveling east on US 30 when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.

5:45 p.m. Friday, April 24, South SR 15, north of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: unknown; and Rachel I. Skinner, 43, 10B Road, Bourbon. An unknown vehicle rear-ended Skinner’s vehicle while she was traveling south on South SR 15. Damage up to $2,500

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following accident:

5:21 p.m. Friday, April 24, Pierceton Road, north of CR 250E. Drivers: Justin R. Bex O’Neal, 27, Raleigh Court, Columbia City; and Amber G. Reynolds, 17, South Beech Lane, Warsaw. O’Neal was driving southbound on CR 250E and did not stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Pierceton Road. Reynolds was driving westbound on Pierceton Road through the intersection and had the right of way. O’Neal’s vehicle then collided with the front right corner of Reynolds’ vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.
