INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana State Department of Health reported 431 new positive cases of coronavirus.

The number of positive cases as of 11:59 p.m. Monday, April 20, totaled 12,097. Total positive cases are only 18% of the 67,264 tested in the state.

The state also reported 61 new deaths. The deaths occurred between April 7 and April 20. The total number of deaths is 630, according to data on the IDSH Dashboard.

However, the Wabash County Emergency Management Administration announced the county’s first coronavirus related death this morning, Tuesday, April 21. The death will be reflected on the ISDH dashboard tomorrow, Wednesday, April 22. Wabash County reported 10 total positive cases.

Kosciusko County remains at 22 positive cases out of 397 tests. At least 10 people have recovered, according to the Kosciusko County Health Department.

Elkhart County reported 179 total positive cases. Fulton County reported six cases. Marshall County reported 24 total positive cases. Noble County reported 40 total positive cases. Whitley County reported 16 total positive cases.

According to data from Johns Hopkins, 73,533 have recovered in the United States.
