41 New Deaths Reported In Indiana, Kosciusko County Reports 21 Total Positive Cases

INDIANAPOLIS — New deaths from coronavirus were reported at 41 according to the latest data from the Indiana State Department of Health.

The number of deaths in the state now total 477. Marion County has the highest amount at 164 deaths. Lake County has 41.

Kosciusko County has 21 total positive cases. This is an increase of one from yesterday’s update. Deaths in the county remain at one. The Kosciusko County Health Department has administered 335 tests.

About 611 new positive cases were reported to the ISDH between April 13 and April 15. Total positive cases are 9,542.

New tests for coronavirus total 2,735. A total of 51,115 tests have been administered.

Elkhart County reported 123 total positive cases. Fulton County reported three total cases. Marshall County reported 20 total positive cases. Noble County reported 27 total cases. Wabash County reported eight cases. Whitley County reported 15 total cases.

The United States has 640,291 confirmed cases of coronavirus according to the latest data from Johns Hopkins. About 52,722 have recovered. Total tests administered in the U.S. is 3,262,912.

Globally, a total of 2,090,110 confirmed cases of coronavirus have been reported. The U.S. holds the top spot with the most confirmed cases. Spain is second at 182,816.
