No New COVID-19 Cases Reported In Kosciusko County

WARSAW — The Kosciusko County Health Department reported that as of noon Tuesday, April 7, no new positive COVID-19 cases have been reported.

This leaves Kosciusko at a total case count of 14 positive cases.

Common symptoms of COVID-19 include a high fever, cough or sore throat, shortness of breath, body aches, and a loss of sense of smell or taste.

Asymptomatic individuals, those who have mild symptoms, have not raveled or are not considered high risk will most likely not be tested.

High-risk individuals include patients who require hospitalization due to complications of their acute respiratory illness; healthcare workers and first responders; patients and staff with direct contact with patients at LTC facilities; persons experiencing homelessness; patients who expire with COVID-19 symptoms; inmates and staff at correctional facilities; patients 65 years and older; patients with underlying conditions; and pregnant women.
