WARSAW —All three Kosciusko County Commissioners are encouraging everyone to pray for the county and everyone affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Many worship services across the U.S. are being cancelled in light of concerns about COVID-19.

According to Kosciusko County Commissioner President Brad Jackson, the commissioners are calling for a special countywide day of prayer Sunday, March 22.

Jackson referenced 2 Chronicles 7:14 New International Version, which reads: “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

“It’s very relevant to our situation right now,” Jackson said.
