SYRACUSE – Wawasee High School announced Thursday night via its Twitter account it is halting athletic competition through April 2.

According to its Wawasee Athletics Twitter account, “Unfortunately, all interscholastic contests between now and April 2nd will also be cancelled. For now, after-school practices for school teams will take place as scheduled. Circumstances may change as we strive to make sure our athletes and coaches are as safe as possible.”
