WARSAW – Mayor Joe Thallemer will deliver his State of the City address Thursday at Center Lake Pavilion.

The speech will recap past achievements and look forward to future plans by the city.

The speech is open to the public and starts at 12:30 p.m.

Opportunities to RSVP for the 11:30 a.m. lunch have passed, but the public is still invited to hear the speech.

The speech is sponsored by the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce and the Warsaw Community Development Corp.

The pavilion is at 119 E. Canal St., in Warsaw.
