6:16 p.m. Sunday, March 1, North CR 225E near East CR 75N, Warsaw. Driver: Mario Duran, 28, East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Duran’s vehicle collided with a deer. Damages up to $2,500.

2:46 p.m. Sunday, March 1, West SR 25 near South Tinkey Road, Burket. Driver: Melody R. Grow, 57, North Tucker Street, Mentone. Grow’s vehicle collided with a deer. Damages under $750.

11:12 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, West CR 600N near North Old SR 15, Warsaw. Driver: Rebecca A. Richard, 67, South Woodland Hills Drive E, Warsaw. Richard drove her vehicle onto railroad tracks. Damages up to $2,500.

10:07 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, North SR 15 near West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Hector M. Ramirez, 25, East 350N, Warsaw; Jonathan J. Hochstetler, 35, CR 50, Syracuse; and Robert E. Geiger-Pergrem, 43, CR 52, Syracuse. The respective vehicles of Ramirez, Hochstetler and Geiger-Pergrem were involved in a three-way head-on collision. Ramirez complained of head pain. Passenger Esmerelda Ayala, 18, East Old Road 30, Warsaw complained of pain in her knee/lower leg/foot. Passenger Victor N. Lozano Chavez, 26, East CR 350N, Warsaw, suffered minor facial bleeding. Passenger Norma Hochstetler, 32, CR 50, Syracuse, complained of pain in her abdomen/pelvis. Damages up to $50,000.

4:25 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, North East Wawasee Drive near East Black Point Road, Syracuse. Driver: Brian J. Miller, 41, East Pixie Parkway, Cromwell. Miller’s vehicle left the roadway and slid into a ditch. Damages up to $5,000.

4:22 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, South CR 900E near East Ryerson Road, Pierceton. Driver: Melissa A. Coburn, South CR 950W 92, South Whitley. Coburn’s vehicle left the road and collided with a utility pole. Damages up to $50,000.

5:51 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, East Armstrong Road near North CR 200E, Leesburg. Driver: Scott M. Taylor, 23, EMS B6 Lane, Leesburg. Taylor said he fell asleep while driving, lost control of his vehicle causing it to collide head-on with a pole. Damages up to $10,000.

2:41 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, West US 30 near South SR 13, Pierceton. Drivers: Casey L. Robertson, 32, East Wayne Street, Fort Wayne; and Sheila A. Ridenour, 42, South Sherman Street, Columbia City. The front of Roberson’s vehicle collided with the rear of Ridenour’s vehicle. Robertson was detained for an operating while intoxicated investigation, tested .12 per 210 ml of breath. Ridenour complained of pain in her abdomen and pelvis. Damages up to $25,000.

3:58 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, East CR 1000N near North SR 13, Syracuse. Drivers: Jamie A. Widman, 31, Columbia Drive, Winona Lake; Kyle M. Hand, 22, North Main Street, Milford. Widman drove her vehicle into the intersection causing a right angle collision with Hand’s vehicle. Damages up to $10,000.

2:32 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, North SR 19 near West CR 900N, Nappanee. Drivers: Ann M. Perry, 42, North Macy Millark Road, Macy; and Leann R. Chupp, 18, North CR 900W, Nappanee. Chupp lost control of her vehicle. Her vehicle spun and collided the passenger side of Perry’s vehicle. Damages up to $10,000.

3:37 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, West CR 1350N near North CR 200W, Milford. Drivers: John L. Miller, 48, Adam Street, Milford; and Thomas B. Sorensen, 65, East CR 1150N, Milford. Miller said he became blinded by the snow causing the front of his vehicle to collide with the rear of Sorensen’s vehicle. Damages up to $10,000.

1:07 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, East Vawter Park Road near North Southshore Drive, Syracuse. Driver: Matthew Wingard, 21, North American Way, Syracuse. Wingard’s vehicle slid off the roadway and collided with a mailbox. Damages up to $1,000.

11:16 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, East Wooster Road near South CR 325E, Pierceton. Driver: Garrett A. Palm, 26, East Wooster Road, Pierceton. Palm’s vehicle fishtailed, slid off the road and landed in a pond. Damages up to $5,000.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

5:19 p.m. Monday, March 2, West CR 300N near SR 15, Warsaw. Drivers: Beth A. Lockwood, 51, South Stewart Street, Bremen; and Ellis D. Whitt, 27, West Lewis Street, South Whitley. The front of Lockwood’s vehicle collided with the rear of Whitt’s vehicle. Damages up to $2,500.

6:24 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, South Buffalo Street near West Market Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Parker C. Davenport, 17, Pheasant Ridge Drive, Warsaw; and Antolin P. Medina, 42, Eisenhower Parkway, Warsaw. The front of Davenport’s vehicle collided with the rear of Medina’s vehicle. Damages up to $5,000.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

11:18 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, SR 25 and CR 500S. Driver: Darin L. Simons, 46, Camden. Simons’ vehicle hit a pole and rolled.
