Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

5:57 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, North CR 300W, north of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Driver: Nickolas E. Wilkins, 36, North Dovewood Trail, Warsaw. Wilkins was traveling south on CR 300W when several deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.

6:02 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, North SR 19, south of West CR 450N, Etna Green. Driver: Bryan A. Moriarty, 35, West Broadway Street, Etna Green. Moriarty was traveling south on SR 19 when his vehicle left the roadway, entering a ditch. Damage up to $5,000.

5:57 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, West SR 14, west of South CR 500W, Silver Lake. Driver: Daniel A. Alexander, 20, East SR 14, Akron. Alexander was traveling west on West SR 14 when his vehicle left the roadway, striking a utility pole. Damage up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

9:13 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, 400 Wexford Place, Warsaw. Drivers: Timothy C. Bondy, 24, Pine Mills Road, Warsaw; and Douglas Smith, 33, Oak Brook Place, Warsaw. Bondy was traveling west on Wexford Place when both his and Smith’s vehicles lost control on the roadway due to snow, causing a vehicle accident. Damage up to $5,000.
