• 6:20 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, 1000 block Husky Trail, Warsaw. A representative for Menards reported forgery and check deception.
• 1:40 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, 1000 block Husky Trail, Warsaw. A representative for Menards reported fraud. Value: $3,297.99.
