PLYMOUTH — The Zone Sports Complex of Northern Indiana is holding a benefit for the family of recently-deceased John Glenn student Zac Mago.

Mago, a senior standout for the Falcons basketball team, passed away unexpectedly last Thursday, July 5, exactly one week before his 18th birthday. His funeral took place Wednesday at Glenn’s gymnasium.

The Zac Mago Memorial Shootout will feature boys and girls teams in numerous divisions from fourth grade to high school. There is a three-game guarantee for participating teams, and cost is $175 per team with all proceeds going to the Mago family. High school teams are limited to three players from the same school, per IHSAA rules.
