Officers from the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

3:53 p.m. Saturday, April 14, West Bowser Road, west of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Drivers: Felicia A. Hochstetler, 35, East Market Street, Nappanee, Cody W. Heltzel, 19, East Mock Road, Milford. Hochstetler told police she was driving her vehicle out of the Burger King parking lot turning left toward South Huntington Street and did not see Heltzel’s vehicle, which was traveling eastbound on Bowser Road. Hochstetler’s vehicle collided with Heltzel’s vehicle. Damage up to $1,000.

Warsaw

Officers from the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

2:05 p.m. Friday, April 13, SR 15 and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Drivers: Nichole E. Flory, 21, North Park Avenue, Warsaw, Ashley D. Shepherd, 28, South Briarwood Drive, Warsaw. Flory told police she was driving her vehicle northbound on North Detroit Street and saw Shepherd’s vehicle stopped at the stop light at Lake City Highway and North Detroit Street. She told police the light turned green and she looked away from Shepherd’s vehicle before her vehicle rear-ended Shepherd’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

7:28 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, South SR 15, south of East Market Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Justice M. Ray, 22, South Detroit Street, Warsaw, Scott L. Barber, 33, East CR 1500N, Macy. Ray told police she was driving her vehicle southbound on SR 15 when after traveling through the intersection of East Market Street, we was distracted by talking on her cell phone and did not stop her vehicle in time to avoid a collision with Barber’s vehicle. Barber’s vehicle had stopped with traffic. Damage up to $2,500.
