SOUTH WHITLEY – A total of eight outstanding athletes from the Whitko baseball and softball teams have earned all-conference honors.

The Whitko baseball team had six players earn All-Three Rivers Conference accolades for their performances this spring.

The quartet of Tanner Gaff, Zach Snep, Landen Gaff and Drew Bradford of the Wildcats all earned first-team All-TRC honors. The duo of Hunter Sroufe and Alex Robbins were named honorable mention picks for coach Erik Hisner’s squad. The Wildcats finished the season at 20-9.

The Whitko softball team had the duo of Hanna Yohe and Kennedy Krull each earn first-team all-league honors.

The Wildcats, coached by Michelle Garr, went 16-8 this season to double their wins from the 2014 campaign.
