UNION MILLS – The third time was still the charm for the Triton baseball team Thursday night.

The Trojans took care of conference foe Culver 10-4 in a first-round game of the Class 1-A South Central Sectional.

It was the third win this season for Triton over the Cavaliers.

Triton advances to play Oregon-Davis Saturday at 11 a.m. (EST) in a semifinal game. OD topped Argos 10-9 in the other first-round matchup Thursday night.

Host South Central will face LaCrosse in the second semifinal contest on Saturday.

The sectional title game is set for 6 p.m. (EST) on Saturday.
