6 a.m. Thursday, March 12, North Columbia and West Main streets, Warsaw. Driver: Samantha A. Muncy, 23, West Pike Street, Warsaw. Muncy was stopped at an intersection when a white truck ran into her vehicle, accelerated, and then left the scene. Damage up to $5,000.
