To the City of Warsaw, I would like to publicly thank you for the privilege of working 34 years for the citizens of this wonderful community. A special thank you goes to those who were able to attend my retirement celebration at the Warsaw Police Department.  In this life, time is one of our most precious commodities; knowing that you spent a little time with me is priceless.

To all my fellow co-workers in law enforcement, I am proud to have worked and served with each of you. I have been able to be a part of a great and noble fraternity with great memories of fulfilling a dream and goal in my life. To those who helped to plan and carry out this celebration, a public thank you is not enough, but I do thank you.

There are times in everyone’s life when words, no matter how eloquent or how lacking, cannot explain one’s feelings of happiness and joy. This is one of those times.
