UPDATE: According to a report issued by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, at 3:51 p.m. KCSD deputies responded to an accident near the intersection of 200 South and Ferguson Road in Warsaw.

Officers determined that a vehicle driven by David A. Blake, 47, Warsaw, turned into the path of a motorcycle driven by Travis W. Tuggle, 26, Warsaw.

Tuggle was transported to KCH for leg injuries. At the time the KCSD report was issued, Tuggle was listed in stable condition.

INITIAL REPORT: Emergency personnel were called to respond to an accident involving a reported motorcycle and truck at CR 200 South and Ferguson Road in Warsaw.

Further information regarding the accident and condition of the drivers is currently pending with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department and will be posted as it becomes available.
