Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Tuesday, Dec. 10, 8:35 a.m. Chad L. Ousley reported the theft of medication.
• Monday, Dec. 9, 9:05 3:58 p.m. Police responded to a civil dispute over property involving a divorce in the 11100 block of North Wawasee Circle in Cromwell.

Warsaw Police Department

Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Monday, Dec. 9, 11:46 p.m. A vehicle was reported as damaged in the parking lot of Penguin Point.
• Monday, Dec. 9, 9:39 p.m. Kmart reported Alexander Miller for shoplifting. Miller was transported to Kosciusko County Jail.
• Monday, Dec. 9, 8:28 p.m. Police performed a welfare check that resulted in an emergency detention.
• Monday, Dec. 9, 6:42 p.m. James J. Craig reported a hit and run accident involving two semi trucks with very minor damage.
• Monday, Dec. 9, 5:21 p.m. Walmart Supercenter reported a theft that resulted in the arrest of a male and female subject for theft and a habitual traffic violator felony.

Syracuse Police Department

Officers of the Syracuse Police Department recently investigated the following incident:

• Monday, Dec. 9, 6:47 p.m. Danielle Kristin Stewart reported a theft from her motor vehicle located in the 200 block of East Pickwick Drive.
