Kosicusko Literacy Services will be auctioning off two trips for two at the Author Dinner, 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, in the Taharaa Room of Noa Noa Restaurant, Warsaw.

Dr. Elliot Engel will be entertaining the crowd with a presentation on “Queen Victoria and the Victorian Novel.”

The first trip is for two to The Best of the West Literary Conference, Feb. 12-16, in Scottsdale, Ariz. Dr. Engel will celebrate some of the country’s most beloved western writers at the conference. More information is available online.

Additionally, KLS is offering a trip for two to London, England. It will include a seven night stay at a four or five star hotel, airfare and daily breakfast. Sealed bids above the minimum bids will be accepted through Nov. 15. More details are online at kosciuskoliteracyservices.org.

The dinner and auction trips benefit literacy programming in Kosciusko County. Tickets can be purchased until Friday, Oct. 25, by calling KLS 574-267-5380 and will be held at the door. Support this important programming to bring literacy to the county’s youth and adults.
