A Goshen man has been arrested and charged with rape and sexual battery following an investigation by Syracuse Police Department.

According to Syracuse Police Chief Tony Ciriello, a 39-year-old woman reported on Aug. 17 that she was raped at a home in Syracuse.

This afternoon, Jonathon Hulley, 34, was arrested on a warrant and charged with Class B felony rape and Class D felony sexual battery. He is being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $50,000 bond.

Syracuse Police were assisted in the investigation and arrest by the Kosciusko County Prosecutors Office, Indiana State Police, Goshen Police and the U.S. Marshal’s Service.
