SYRACUSE – Wawasee used the big inning to get itself an 18-7 win over Goshen in ‘C’ team baseball Tuesday night.

Aaron Beer went 4-5 with two doubles and three RBIs while Stephon Miller added three hits and four RBIs to lead the charge for the Warriors. Will McCarthy added two hits and three RBIs.

After Goshen took a 5-2 lead in the second inning, Wawasee (2-5) responded with 13 unanswered runs to take a commanding 15-5 lead.

Wawasee will return to action May 16 with a game against Concord.
