WINONA LAKE, Ind.— The Center for Lakes & Streams is drawing attention to Kosciusko County’s local waterways with their annual student art contest, inspired by the lakes and streams.

Last month, the Center for Lakes & Streams at Grace College announced the winners of the 2015 Wonderful Water Student Art Contest.
