Wilma L. Howard, 62, Silver Lake, Ind., passed away at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, 2013, in her residence. She was born Nov. 18, 1950, in Gunlock, Ky., to Clayton and Elsie (Neeley) Howard.
