Willodean K. Harlan, 83, of Bourbon, passed away at 4:59 p.m. Sunday, May 17, 2015, in her home. Willodean was born on Nov. 23, 1931, the daughter of the late Fred, Sr. and Bessie (Kincaid) Traster.
