William C. ‘Bill’ Ring, 55, Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 2:22 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind. He was born Dec. 9, 1958, at Kalamazoo, Mich., to William Jack and Betty (Holmes) Ring. On Nov. 28, 1982, he married Angela R. Shearrer. She survives.
