William Alfred “Bill” Skeans, 82, Wabash, died at 5:43 a.m. Friday, June 22, 2018, at Parkview Wabash Hospital. He was born Feb. 14, 1936, in Prestonsburg, Ky. to Taylor and Callie (Dorossette) Skeans. Bill married Jane Shroyer in Wabash, on June 18, 1955.
