William E. “Bill” Goshert, 86, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away Monday, May 12, 2014, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw. He was born May 19, 1927, in Mentone, Ind., to Ronald Andy Goshert and Ruth (Burt) Goshert.
