UPDATE: The City of Nappanee has reported that the water main has been fixed. No boil order has been issued Officials with the City of Nappanee are reporting a water main break at Vernon Street and Indiana Avenue. Utility crews are working on getting the problem resolved.

Authorities in Whitley County say a 12-inch water main break at SR 205 and U.S. 30 has shut off water to Parkview Whitley Hospital, the Peabody Library and Eagle Glen and Irish Glen areas. Crews are working to repair the water main and will notify the media when water service will be restored.
