The Whitko boys soccer team played Rochester to a 2-2 draw Thursday night. Keegan Hicks and Luckson Stieglitz each had a goal for the Wildcats in the Three Rivers Conference match in South Whitley. Daniel Kirkham picked up an assist on the score by Hicks. Whitko keeper Jacob Helton had 19 saves in the contest.

SOUTH WHITLEY –  Visiting Central Noble edged past Whitko 2-1 in prep boys’ soccer action Tuesday night. Devin Goggin scored the lone goal for the Wildcats. Keegan Hicks had an assist for Whitko. Jacob Helton had 11 saves in goal for the Wildcats.

MONROEVILLE – Host Heritage netted three goals in each half Wednesday to blank Whitko 6-0 in prep boys’ soccer action. Aaron Horne led the winners, now 1-4, with two goals and one assist. Whitko keeper Jacob Helton had 12 saves. The Wildcats drop to 0-3.  

PLYMOUTH – The host Pilgrims defeated Whitko by a 9-0 count Tuesday evening in prep boys’ soccer action. Whitko goalie Jacob Helton had nine saves in the contest. Whitko, now 0-4, plays at Mississinewa Saturday at 2 p.m.
