W. Jayne Lutz, 92, Wabash, died at 2:23 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016, at Miller’s Merry Manor East in Wabash. She was born July 17, 1923, in Bunker Hill, to Chester and Bertha (Hartgrove) Garbert.
