SALEM, MASS. —Witchcraft and jurisprudence are not exactly strangers in Salem.

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following incidents: 11:42 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, 4700 block of North SR 13, Leesburg.
