Vickie J. Prater, 52, of Nappanee, Ind., died unexpectedly at 8:44 a.m. Friday, Aug. 1, 2014 at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, Ind., of natural causes.  She was born Aug. 14, 1961, in Dowagiac, Mich., to Edward and Rojean Hines.
